Cancellation
Policy
|

What
may cause a performance to be cancelled
All ticket sales are non-refundable, unless
a performance is cancelled. Portland Stage Company as a rule will
cancel a performance only if the City of Portland declares a snow
emergency. Cancellations will be announced no later than three hours
prior to the scheduled start time of the performance. Should inclement
weather cause the cancellation of a performance, cancellation information
will be available on local television and radio stations, and via
Portland Stage Company at 207-774-0465.
What to do is a performance is cancelled
If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders may exchange their
tickets for a same-price ticket to any other performance. Same seat
availability is not guaranteed for exchanges. All exchanges are
subject to availability.
To exchange into another performance or obtain information about
additional options,
call the PSC Box Office at 207-774-0465.
We thank our customers for their patience and understanding as we
navigate the decision to cancel and the process of communicating
that information to all our patrons!

Sales Information
• A group consists of 10 or more persons
• No additional discounts apply
• One representative must handle all the arrangements
• A 20% deposit is due at the time the
order is placed
• - We accept MasterCard and Visa
• - If Mailing a check is preferable
please coordinate with the Group Sales Manager
• Deadline for balance and final ticket number due 2 week prior
to the performance date
• At the deadline, the sale becomes final and there are no exchanges,
refunds or cancellations
• There is a non-refundable $6 handling fee charged per group, per
date attending
• Payment must be made as a group
• - One payment for deposit
• - One payment for balance
• All payments must be received before tickets will be issued
• Tickets and a seating chart indicating
your seat location will be mailed to you,
• time permitting, once the final
payment is received.
